Maintaining a standardised level of quality and customer satisfaction are Nouveau’s key values. We have in use a quality assurance process which has been developed to guarantee not only a high level of quality in translations, but also to ensure that each project is delivered within the agreed timetable.
Wherever possible, we will make sure to assign a translator who is a native speaker of the target language. Our translators are experienced professionals educated to university level and with additional specialised training. They are selected based on their theoretical and practical expertise in their chosen field. Thanks to our flexible organisation and extensive network we are able to provide fast and high-quality translations for the world’s major languages. Nouveau is a member of the European Association of Translation Companies (EUATC), using its international operations to develop the profession as a whole. Another testimony to Nouveau's constant development and quality awareness is the ISO 9001 -sertification received in 2008.
